Class Notes

The following are various handouts I have given to students over the years to help them learn the art of Wing Chun. The most common request that comes up is "Can you give me a list of the movements." So I have included a list of the movements from all of our forms. The next popular question is "What drills can we do?"  So I have also included some ideas for drills. Also I have various theory and philosophy notes just to keep people thinking. It's amazing how such a seemingly simple art like Wing Chun can generate so much thought. But this is the characteristic of all great arts which include Chess and Go.
